Exchanges can be made within 7 days, all items must be unused, in its original pack and in a
resalable condition.
We are sorry but we don’t accept returns on confectionery, personalized products, helium
canisters, pre-filled party bags, pants, hosiery or wigs.
Please note that we won’t cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty or
wrongly supplied.
